Welcome to Paradise City, a city built below sea level and completely self-sufficient. There is no need to think of the world that was left behind, of a world that the surface dwellers live within. This is a place built for artists, scientists, and engineers. There are plenty of other people and occupations within the walls of Paradise but the city was built to allow those mentioned to flourish.
It is now the fourth year of Paradise and although there is access to the outside world it is limited. There has become a noticeable difference in classes and a recent outbreak of junkies (heavily intoxicated with a drug called ADAM) have been revolting against the class difference. For the meantime most of the city thinks it nothing more than a pest problem, soon to be eradicated. This city may seem like paradise on the outside, but on the inside there are all kinds of dark secrets waiting to be told.
