The Girl Next Door

[HALEY MARIE WILLIAMS]

Meet Ms. Haley,the daughter of a Prince Adam of Monaco and my new character On The List. She is Fifteen year old Sophomore at Auburn. Haley grew up in Paris,France and Monte Carlo,Monaco she enjoyed the privilege life of a Williams kid along with fun and sun that comes with living in Monaco. The girl most of her childhood was spent with nannies since her parents had two careers to deal with and had little time for her. Her Father owns one of the largest hotel chains in the world and also brewery. And her Mother is a fashion desginer. In reality, she never really had her parents growing up, her nannies basically acted as her arents. When it came time to school, she went off to boarding school until she reached high school. At that point, her parents though it would be
better that she went school in Manhattan, where they could keep close eye on her. Haley is a flirt, it is not the kind to settle down with a guy unless she finds its the right one. The girl has confidence and charm, but sometimes that is just facade, the girl in private is not as confident as perceive. Haley is just trying be Haley and surviving with the pressure that comes from being a Princess.

Her personality is a combination of three factors her bitchness, bluntess, outspokeness, her loyalty and intelligence. Her intelligence has kept her grounded has not let the fact that she is Vanderbilt get to her head, she exceeds in school and her extracurrical activies but also tries not to make error in her judgements.Even though she does every once in a while after all,she is young and is the age to make mistakes. She is extremely friendly and bubbly, so she is always one looking to make friends.


Friends:
This is going be pretty..Haley is not one to be hateful or dispise people easily and unless you looking for trouble or hurt one of her friends, she is not one to be bitchy. Sure, she tends to be judgemental at times, but she never base it on the cliques but rather on the way person looks. I see her having friends, but I do not know how she would handle people in cliques not with her same status, but it will be interesting to see. Other than little problem, I don't know see why if somebody starts having random conversation with her,she would not try be friends with them.

Enemies:
I'm not really sure,what would work as an enemy for her, but if you have an idea please just sent message and we can talk it out. Drama is always good thing,it leads to good rping and awesome plots. But other than suggestion, it has to be somebody that truly pisses her off, for her to dispese them so much that she considers them enemies.


Lovers:
This is somewhat interesting when it comes to Haley,especially since she hates cheaters but doesn't mind being with one. Right now, she is very much flirt going for any open guy if that only involves a one night-stand that is fine with her, or just a quick hook up that only last couple days. She is know to change her mind about guys pretty quick one day really like them, the next day find something that she hates about them and just dump hem. But that is not to say,that if the right guy comes along sweeps her off her feet that she would not date them steady.It is just wait and see process with her.

Haley & Serena: So, I don't have any special plot in mind with these two but since Serena travels to Paris quite often I thought those met when she was on her holidays there? and then they became friends, so now that Hayley had decided to come to New York forst thing she will do is like... calling Serena and giver her the good news and they will hang out and shopping and have coffees and met in their houses and such, typical friendship. Ideas?

Haley & Jack: So Jack is no Elite but he is Upper Class and a very well known photographer in the It magazines like vogue and cosmo. He is not one of having long term relantionships so they will probably have a one night stand and leave it at that, he may tell her to come as model when he needs one for his job? and that will be pretty much the sort of thing they can have.

i'm gonna say probably not tooo much going on between these two - mainly because i think dan would dislike her because of the bitchiness, and bluntness, but he'd be civil - he's not really one to make a big deal of things. probably some sort of mixture between avoidance, and forced politeness?

I can see them as flirts and friends but nothing more. Haley is a little too young for him to hook up with and date. So he'll just flirt with her.

These two could sort of relate. They are both rich from what I gathered and sort of bitchy, so maybe they could be friends or even best friends? However, Natasha isn't too keen on trusting people. Maybe Natasha was Haley's first friend or the way around, so they are sort of close except there is little trust. Hmm, what do you think?

SWEENEY&HALEY! hmm. i can see haley being scared of sweeney because she's younger than him and he's a bit of a freaky creep. but i don't know if haley is like that? i'm not so sure what to put up for these two. maybe because he's all alone with a bad past and she's a princess under a lot of stress they can be just two people (not friends though) who talk to each other a lot and share their problems with eaother? like, 'cause they know how the other one feels?

IENZO&HALEY! ooh, two royals. ;] hmmm! maybe on his birthday there could've been a royal ball and the royal family of monaco was invited to celebrate it and that's how they met? and maybe when she sees him again, his secret can get out into the open that he's a prince? i don't want that to happen any time soon though. they should just have a few meetings at first, and he'll be like, "shh, don't tell anyone. it's a secret" but then perhaps someone could've overheard a conversation one time and told gossip girl? yeah?

SAVANNAH&HALEY! i so totally think savannah should corrupt haley; she's so young and innocent she would be easy to convince. perhaps savvy could try to get her into drugs and things like that, and introduce her to sex, like, set her up with a guy at a club or something? :L savvy would jump at the opportunity to corrupt someone!

Oh this is easy they are both royals and are both in their high school years so I'm sure they know each other. He is the prince of Italy so they would be in the same social group, for sure. I could see them being thick as thieves.
