Judgmental- She hates being judged by others but yet she judges other people. If they aren't part of Upper East Side, then she probably won't like them that much. She would judge them and if they try to get into the Elite group, she will remind me their place. If they have nothing to offer her to help her in the future, then she won't associate with them. She prefer people who are very high up in society so she could use them to reach to the top. People find her to be a bit of a bitch for judging them unfairly.

Blair was born on November 10th during the spring time. She was born in New York City into the high society of the Upper east side. Eleanor chose work over her own family. So Eleanor hired Dorota as Blair's nanny. When she was growing up, she traveled a lot to other countries. She rarely saw her parents but she didn't mind. Dorota chaperoned Blair until she was old enough to take care of herself.
