Oh...they are both musical! Wel Sal is a grammy winning guitarist, pianist and singer [he made his own CD playing all the roles] maybe Lucy met him at some recording place or something and listens to his music [you can pick if you want her to hate his music, obsess over it, or whatever] and Sal finds it kind of...annoying but senses her talent? I dont see them being amazing friends cuz she is lower but every higher up needs that "outlier" maybe Lucy could be his? I could see some...stress between the two because in public he would pretend not to know her.

Yeah, I like that, Lucy can like his music, and they can meet at a recording studio and become decent friends. I like the public stress thing.
