Eileen was one of those girls, her morning face could tell everyone what she had been doing last night, and no, it wasn’t sleeping. In fact she had just come home about an hour ago, took a shower and changed herself and went out again. She should have sleep something but she didn’t have time, she had to meet her mother to take breakfast… Eileen would have been happy of spending time with her mother for once if she didn’t know why her mother had invited her. She was ready to ask her to come live with them in New York and she will tell her all the advantages of the city, of the Constance Billiard School for girls and how happy she would be there. After all she was lucky her mother didn’t expect for her to talk but she should know her answer would be no.
She decided to look casual she was wearing a top & tee shirt, some grey jeans and the Alexander McQueen silk scarf her mother had given her with a black leather jacket. Her mother didn’t like the extravagance way she had of dressing and it wasn’t as if she cared, she usually didn’t even listened her mother. She turned the street to get into Macchiato Express Bar and asked for a muffin and a red eyed coffee. Her mother wasn’t there yet so she sat and waited for her there while sipping and eating her muffin; she sure was in some sort of reunion at the last minute or taking care of something and was, as always, running late. But fifteen minutes later her mobile buzzed in her bag and she fished for it, reading her mother text; she wasn’t coming and she wasn’t surprised at all for it.
So she didn’t have a thing to do so why staying there? But also why not staying there? After all parties won’t start until later and her day was pretty much empty of compromises, but after a little while she decided she would be much better wandering around the streets so she pay for her things and Soho was just one of those streets full of people where she could blend herself between them and just walk and walk until she found something to do. Eileen was such a simple girl but people thought she was difficult because she didn’t speak and because she liked to get drunk and high, her life was the one difficult, she only did all of that because she wanted to forget and it was her way of having fun, she hadn’t thought about stopping taking them is she could, as long as she kept her grades she could do whatever she wanted to.
" this is you speaking ! "
